- Law 12/2007, of 2 July 2007, which modifies law 34/1998, of 7 October 1998, of the Hydrocarbon Sector, with the purpose to adapt it to the requirements of Guideline 2003/55/CE of the European Union Parliament and Board of 26 June 2003 on common statutes on internal markets of natural gas.
Observation: partially transposes Guideline 2003/55/CE, of 26 June 2003, and modifies law 34/1998 of the October 1998.
